This journey will be different... That's why in presented<\/strong><\/em><\/a> we want to acquire different habits.<\/p>\n

Every little change can make a difference. It's up to us to make decisions that will breathe a different breath into every action we take.<\/p>\n

So our \"small\" innovations on this journey will be:<\/p>\n

Avoiding motorways<\/h3>\n

During the trip we will only choose routes through country roads. Avoiding the fast highways, slowing down, we will get to know the beauties of each place. Photo reportage will highlight the natural wealth of rural Europe and the places of particular grace and cultural value that we will encounter on our way.<\/p>\n

Away from the big roads, away from big cities, away from the noise, the traffic, the stress... Slowly and enjoyably, we will highlight a different way of traveling (or living...), closer to nature, closer to the essence.<\/p>\n

Eco-driving<\/h3>\n

Implementation of eco-driving to reduce emission rates, lower fuel consumption and eco-driving through country roads.<\/p>\n

Individual intervention by all of us towards a cleaner planet is just an option. So let's see how by driving differently, with simple techniques, we can reduce our energy footprint.<\/p>\n

Clean eating<\/h3>\n

Clean eating means good health. The health of body and spirit, the two that never go separate.<\/p>\n

Our diet today is on the wrong track... People and especially populations in the western world, having adopted the wrong habits, are plagued by a plethora of lifestyle and diet-related diseases. Heart disease, cancer, diabetes, renal dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, Alzheimer's, obesity, all top the list of causes of illness and death for 95% of the population. Together with smoking, alcohol and stress, they make up the pathology of our time.<\/p>\n

So let us make an effort to love ourselves. Let us give it the opportunity to be healthy, to function in inner harmony, to give us back the gift of well-being.<\/p>\n

Wanting to emphasize the importance that proper nutrition should have in our lives, we decided that the supplies during the trip should be made only from small local producers, with a special preference for small production units that apply ecological and\/or organic practices.<\/p>\n

Small farms, small producers, home manufacturers, local associations of traditional products will be on our list of suppliers.<\/p>\n

And of course we will be happy to share through our Blog<\/a> pages all the suppliers we will discover.<\/p>\n
